Sincerely Yours Pen Pals, Incorporated is a tax exempt, nonprofit organization. Registration in our program is only $1 per child, 100% guaranteed and your membership fee is 100% tax deductible! Our nominal fee makes our program accessible to all children and teachers throughout the world regardless of socioeconomic status and enables our organization to continue to function, thrive and further our mission of enhancing literacy and cultural sensitivity throughout the world.
As soon as you complete our short membership form and submit payment, we will diligently begin working on finding the precise match for you. Finding your match entails looking at your registration information to seek a classroom of the same grade, with the same number of students (give or take a few) and pairing the two of you together. By becoming a member, we will locate the perfect buddy class that your students will love corresponding with.
It is imperative that the information you provide us with be accurate to the best of your knowledge so that we can pair you precisely and appropriately.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a specific amount of time that we will have the buddy class of your choice ready for you as we can only pair you with a class that is registered with our service and meets your criteria. Rest assured, we will not rest until we find your buddy class! We do, however, have a great deal of collaborative classrooms awaiting perfect fits. Our chances of pairing you more quickly are increased if you provide us with a wide array of choices that you will be satisfied with or limit your special requests enabling us to pair you with another member with the same number of students of the same grade level.
As soon as we find your match, you will receive an email from us with your buddy teacher’s contact information and your buddy teacher will receive the same. It is then up to you to initiate contact with him/her to begin pen palling and corresponding right away. Happy writing!
